The Communication, Consultation and Media service team works to develop and implement communication and media solutions that meet the needs of Suffolk County Council and Suffolk residents.
We support the council in delivering its ambitions and priorities. We provide technical insight and expertise into developing and delivering campaigns that use behavioural insights to drive positive change, shaping and sharing information with residents across the county, and protecting and enhancing the council’s reputation.
