We do not plan to add captions to live video streams because live video is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.

We're working with websites users, internal colleagues and technology suppliers to fix content which fails to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard.

This website was last tested in October 2026 against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard.
The audit was carried out by Suffolk County Council's Content Design team based on a sample of pages using automated software (Siteimprove, WAVE) and manual testing.
