Children and Young People Programmes

CYP Programmes is a small team with a range of responsibilities for supporting projects and programmes across our children's services.

Current major programmes are the wide-ranging changes to improve SEND services in Suffolk and Reforms to Children’s social care services. The team also lead on the major regulatory inspection of Children’s Services (ILACS) and the Area SEND Inspection. and have expertise in making winning bids for funding, Children’s Services data analysis, service design and developing business cases.
