As a professional social work practice, Sensing Change provides a range of services including social work, rehabilitation, support and communication to people with sight and/or hearing loss throughout Suffolk and beyond.
We are contracted by Suffolk County Council to provide free social care assessments to adults with sight and/or hearing loss, including carers who may be providing care for a relative or friend.
Our mission is to provide the best services to adults with sight and hearing loss. We want to empower everyone and provide people with the tools that they need to be independent, healthy, and happy. We value communication, respect, and accessibility.
Our team is made up of experienced professionals who listen to and understand people’s needs.
