Contracts and Service Development

Contract and Service Development Officers are responsible for researching market conditions and emerging needs. Key responsibilities include identifying areas for growth or improvement, building relationships, negotiating favourable contract terms and pricing, drafting contract documents and securing signatures, regularly reviewing service delivery against contracts to ensure compliance, and keeping detailed records of all contracts secured and services provided to aid in future development.

A Placement and Brokerage Support Officer is responsible for supporting the placement of customers into appropriate homecare or residential care services, achieving the best quality and value placements that meet customer needs, managing relationships with providers and internal teams to facilitate timely and effective placements, monitoring performance data to identify service improvements, and contributing to reducing hospital discharge delays and enabling preventative outcomes.
