T-Levels

T-Level opportunities at Suffolk County Council.

T-Levels were introduced in 2020 as part of the post-16 skills plan – designed to enable students to put their theory into practice and bridge the gap between education and the workplace. Each T-Level is equivalent to 3 A-Levels in 1 subject. As part of the course, students are required to complete a 45-day industry placement – this is where we can get involved.

We are enthusiastic about all new opportunities for young people, and actively seek to assist in T-Level students’ education by providing them with a placement that gives them an insight into their chosen topic. We have supported many T-Level students through their studies in the past, giving them placements in many of our services.
